Highlights - Further Macro-Financial Assistance (MFA) to Ukraine, 24 April 2018 - Committee on International Trade 19-04-2018 05:09 PM CEST Members will discuss the legislative proposal on Further Macro-Financial Assistance (MFA) to Ukraine, which is the fourth such operation since the onset of crisis in 2014. The aim of the MFA, which is worth EUR 1 billion is to help Ukraine meet its external financing needs in 2018 and 2019 through loans to be disbursed upon fulfilment of a list of conditions. Ukraine's Minister of Finance Mr Oleksandr Danyliuk and Commissioner Pierre Moscovici will participate to the debate.
