Highlights - Guidelines for the employment policies of the Member States - Committee on Employment and Social Affairs 12-04-2018 03:45 PM CEST The report of Rapporteur Mitroslavs Mitrofanovs (Greens/EFA, LV), as adopted in EMPL on 27 March, will now be voted in plenary on 19 April 2018 .The proposed revised guidelines have been amended to align the text with the principles of the European pillar of social rights, with a view to improving Europe's competitiveness and making it a better place to invest, create jobs and foster social cohesion.
