27-04-2018 09:03 AM CEST On 25 April the EMPL Members voted on the outcome of the interinstitutional negotiations between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission, who have reached a deal on the new EU rules to better protect workers posted to another member state.The revised rules aim to ensure better protection for posted workers and fair competition for companies. Before entering into force, the draft directive will need to be formally approved by the full Parliament and the Council.
