Week 13, 26 March to 01 April 2018 National Syndromic Surveillance Summary: GP consultations for scarlet fever remained above seasonally expected levels in week 13. All reporting through the EDSSS infrastructure changed from 1 April when EDSSS reporting switched to a new, national route. Updates on the development of reporting will be provided each week. Of note this week: Chart showing weekly GP in-hours consultations for scarlet fever incidence rate, year by year since April 2012 (all England, based on a denominator population of approximately 5.5 million patients) |
