Breaking: USA TODAY Network wins 3 Pulitzers for in-depth coverage of the border wall, the heroin epidemic and editorial writing on health care

  The Pulitzer Prizes, journalism's pre-eminent awards, recognize the best journalism in newspapers, magazines and websites. There are 14 categories for reporting, photography, criticism and commentary. Top honors went to the Arizona Republic for its reporting on the border wall; to the Cincinnati Enquirer for its local reporting on the heroin epidemic; and to the Des Moines Register for its editorial writing on health care. The USA TODAY Network had additional finalists in other categories.
