Standards and regulations may differ among states, regarding tinting car windows. If your state prohibits window tinting, you may be able to get a note or form signed by your physician stating why you need tinted windows. Generally, people who are photosensitive can obtain a form from their local department of motor vehicles (or the state's public safety department) to be filled out and signed by their physician.
