* Salinity Processes in the Upper Ocean Regional Study (SPURS)

Starting in August 2016, SPURS-2 scientists deployed a web of sensors to monitor part of the Pacific Ocean for an entire year. Now, scientists on board the R/V Roger Revelle have returned to sea to recover moorings and gear and to collect one final, intense snapshot of the ocean.
