Week 43, 23 October to 29 October 2017 National Syndromic Surveillance Summary: During week 43 there were small increases in bronchitis/bronchiolitis indicators (including ED attendances and GP OOH consultations) in infants aged <1 year, in line with recent small increases in laboratory reports for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Of note this week: Chart showing daily EDSSS bronchitis/bronchiolitis attendances by age group (7-day moving average) for England and Northern Ireland.
