Opening speech at the European Culture Forum, Milan - Antonio Tajani, President of the European Parliament 07-12-2017 10:43 AM CET I should like to thank Commissioner Tibor Navracsics for organising this Forum. It provides a rare opportunity to exchange views and compare experiences in relation to this vital sector.  As an Italian, I am delighted that Milan should have been chosen to host the event marking the official start of the European Year of Cultural Heritage.
