Latest news - Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety 04-01-2018 05:01 PM CET The next ENVI Committee meeting will be held on Thursday 11 January 2018 (09.00 - 12.30) in Brussels. As of 1 July 2015 the ENVI Committee decided to fully implement the paperless project for meetings. Therefore, there will be no more paper documents available in the meeting room. The proposal is intended to introduce some targeted changes to Council Decision No 1313/2013/EU on a Union Civil Protection Mechanism, under which the European Union supports, coordinates and supplements the action of Member States in the field of civil protection to prevent, prepare for and respond to natural and man-made disasters within and outside the Union.  Source : © European Union, 2018 - EP QUESTIONS?
