Statement by European Parliament President, Antonio Tajani, following the publication of the Addendum by the ECB's Banking Supervision on non-performing loans 15-03-2018 04:03 AM CET “We have begun scrutiny of the newest Addendum on non-performing loans published today by the European Central Bank Banking Supervision. The European Parliament will assess whether it is in line with its legislative prerogatives. A first read of the Addendum appears to show that the Banking Supervision has taken into account the concerns expressed by the European Parliament, making the non-binding nature of the Addendum and its application on a case-by-case basis more clear.
