BREAKING: Pentagon wasted $28 million buying woodland camouflage uniforms for Afghan soldiers, new report says

The Afghan Defense Minister picked the pricey, privately owned "forest" color pattern over free camouflage schemes owned by the U.S. government, an advance copy of the report obtained by USA TODAY says.
