29-11-2017 11:30 AM CET EU budget 2018 conciliation outcome: plenary debate and vote BUDG - 28-11-2017 - 09:18 ![]() The European Parliament will discuss and then vote on the provisional agreement regarding the EU budget for 2018, as reached by its representatives and those of the Council during the recent conciliation procedure. The preliminary figures are of EUR 160.1 billion in commitment appropriations and EUR 144.7 billion in payment appropriations. Parliament will discuss the provisional agreement during its plenary sitting of 29.11.17 and vote on its position on 30.11.17. Multilateral court for investment disputes settlement: plenary oral question INTA - 29-11-2017 - 09:21 ![]() The European Parliament will look into the negotiations for a Convention establishing a multilateral court for the settlement of investment disputes, during its plenary sitting of 29.11.17. This will be done by means of an oral question, tabled by the Committee on International Trade, to Commissioner Cecilia Malmström. The European Commission published its recommendation for the opening of these negotiations, which was accompanied by an Impact Assessment, following the SOTEU Trade Package.
