Breaking: House likely to redo historic tax bill because 3 provisions violate Senate rules

  The sweeping Republican tax bill hit a last-minute glitch on Tuesday afternoon. Just hours before the Senate was poised to pass it, the chamber's parliamentarian said three provisions in the package would run afoul of strict budget rules. If they are stripped out, the House will have to vote again on the rejiggered legislation Wednesday.
