Workshops - Free Flow of Data Regulation - a cornerstone of the Digital Single Market - 20-02-2018 - Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection 16-02-2018 12:30 PM CET The purpose of the workshop is to give Members the chance to explore in greater depth the various elements of the Commission's proposed regulation (2017/0228(COD)) with academics, regulators and stakeholders, and to support the decision-making process in Parliament. It will be an opportunity to receive feedback on the Commission's initiatives, as well as to obtain factual information from experts in the field of public procurement about how the legal and policy framework works in the Union, and whether the Commission's plans address sufficiently the challenges ahead.
