German journalist Deniz Yücel released from jail in Turkey - lawyer
Deniz Yücel, a German journalist who had been in jail in Turkey for a year, has been released from jail pending trial. Berlin welcomed the news, but warned that other reporters, among them Germans, remain in detention.
Authorities alerted about Florida shooter dozens of times
Police were called to the home of Nikolas Cruz, at least twice by his own mother, over his disturbing behavior. The FBI has admitted to receiving a tip about the shooter last year.

The UN human rights office has said Iran is the worst in the world when it comes to sentencing minors to the death penalty, an international crime. Three minors were executed in January, and 80 more remain on death row.
