Atmospheric river poised to drench California
 
A supercharged storm known as an "atmospheric river" is on its way to California and expected to bring a days-long deluge of rainfall along with mild temperatures. The soaker that's carrying moisture from as far away as Hawaii and also known as a "pineapple express" will deliver widespread rain to the Bay Area late Tuesday morning through Thursday.
