Breaking: An Uber self-driving car struck and killed a pedestrian in Arizona; Uber says it has suspended testing autonomous vehicles in all U.S. cities

  An Uber self-driving car hit and killed a woman in Tempe, Ariz., Sunday night. The Uber car was in self-driving mode when the accident occurred, according to police, but had a safety driver at the wheel as is the norm when testing autonomous vehicles.
