Highlights - EMU package - Vice-President Dombrovskis and Commissioner Moscovici - 27.03.2018 - Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs 20-03-2018 06:56 PM CET Vice-President Dombrovskis and Commissioner Moscovici will present and discuss the so called 'EMU Package' unveiled in December. It includes four main initiatives: 1) A proposal to establish a EMF 2) A proposal to integrate the substance of the Treaty on Stability, Coordination and Governance into the Union legal framework 3) A Communcation on new budgetary instruments for a stable euro area and 4) A Communcation on the possible functions of a European Minister of Economy and Finance.
