The issue is a crucial one for EU farmers, since it is important to disseminate the EU's animal welfare rules internationally, notably among close trading partners, in order to ensure a level playing field on the market. It includes changes applicable to all four of the basic policy regulations. In that context, the Commission will present a set of upcoming or recently adopted delegated acts following on from the new CAP basic acts.
