Breaking: Police say three package bombings in Austin that have killed 2 people appear related and may be hate crimes

  A teenager was killed and several others injured Monday when two packages left on separate doorsteps exploded. The episodes marked the second and third deadly package explosions in the Texas capital in two weeks. Police Chief Brian Manley said that since two of the victims were African-Americans and one was Hispanic, investigators view the attacks as potential hate crimes.
