Breaking: E. coli outbreak linked to romaine lettuce kills 1 in California, expands to 25 states

  The weeks-long E. coli outbreak has infected 121 people and killed one person in California, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Wednesday. The CDC continues to recommend people not eat romaine lettuce unless they can assure it does not come from Yuma, Arizona, believed to be the source of E. coli.
