BREAKING: With last-ditch Obamacare repeal bleeding support, Senate Republicans pull bill from consideration

  Majority Leader Mitch McConnell had intended to bring the bill to the Senate floor for a vote this week before a Sept. 30 deadline, but the latest Obamacare overhaul plan failed to garner the necessary support, with GOP Sens. Susan Collins, John McCain and Rand Paul coming out against it. The Graham-Cassidy plan would have kept most of the taxes that fund Obamacare in place but give the money to states in the form of block grants to craft their own insurance systems. The announcement appears to end Republicans' Obamacare repeal efforts for the foreseeable future.
