Experts on U.S. Relations with China and Russia Appointed as Kluge Center Chairs to Engage with Congress The John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress today announced the appointment of two new chairs in U.S.-Russia and U.S.-China relations that will serve as primary resources in dialogues with Congress. They are James Goldgeier, U.S.-Russia chair, and Minxin Pei, U.S.-China chair, who will begin their tenures at the Kluge Center in September 2018 and January 2019, respectively.
