Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) says that Ivanka makes "very compelling cases" for issues "that conservatives would normally not be in favor of." ------------ In the Washington Examiner, Paul Bedard writes that in President Donald J. Trump's "budget, set for release Monday, his administration is planning the biggest reform to the federal workforce in decades, using models from Amazon, Google, and a handful of well-operating agencies." Bedard explains that "the proposed changes are part of a broader effort to modernize the government and integrate the types of innovation that the president's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is drafting." ------------ "President Trump signed a bipartisan spending bill Friday morning, saying it will provide stable funding for the military and help the economy," Dave Boyer reports in The Washington Times. "Our Military will now be stronger than ever before," President Trump tweeted. "We love and need our Military and gave them everything — and more.
