Ms Nouy will present the ECB Annual Report on supervisory activities 2017. Afterwards, there will be an exchange of views with ECON Members. Source : © European Union, 2018 - EP Highlights - Scrutiny of delegated acts and implementing measures - 26.03.2018 - Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs 22-03-2018 10:01 AM CET ECON's scrutiny slot on 26 March 2018 will focus on not yet adopted delegated acts under the Capital Requirements Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD IV) and the Capital Requirements Regulation (EU) 575/2013 (CRR). Both contain empowerments for the Commission to adopt 'level 2' measures (e.g. delegated acts and regulatory technical standards). Most of them - but not all - have been adopted.
